The Personhood Prism is an educational web application that analyzes Supreme Court cases through the lens of legal personhood theory. Your privacy is important to us.
This app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no user accounts, no login, no cookies, and no tracking pixels.
The app includes optional AI analysis features powered by third-party APIs (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini). When you use these features, the case text you are analyzing is sent to these API providers for processing. No personal information is included in these requests. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
This app uses Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated page view data. No personally identifiable information is collected.
The app loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google's privacy policy applies to that service.
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
